Bibliocards prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. This page explains our standards, reporting channels, and the actions we may take to protect users and comply with child-safety laws.

1. Our commitment

Bibliocards is committed to helping protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form across our services.

This includes child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, coercion, or any content or behavior that sexualizes, harms, or endangers minors.

2. Safety standards

Users must not use Bibliocards to create, upload, store, request, share, promote, or facilitate abusive content or abusive conduct involving minors.

  • child sexual abuse material or exploitative imagery
  • solicitation, grooming, or coercive contact involving minors
  • attempts to sexualize, threaten, blackmail, or exploit children or teenagers
  • content that encourages or normalizes child sexual abuse or exploitation

3. How to report

If you see content or behavior that may violate these standards, report it through the in-app Feedback feature or email us at [email protected].

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority immediately.

4. How we respond

When we detect or receive a report of potentially abusive conduct, we may take action without notice.

  • remove or disable content
  • restrict or terminate accounts
  • review reported private messages where necessary for the investigation
  • preserve evidence and report matters to competent authorities where required or appropriate

5. Legal compliance

We aim to comply with applicable child-safety laws and platform requirements, including requirements related to the detection, handling, and reporting of child sexual abuse and exploitation risks.

Our Child Safety standards work alongside our Terms of Service and any other safety or moderation policies we publish.
